Wendy Squirell, Registered Psychotherapist, MA, CCC

Prior to entering the mental health field, Wendy worked as a Communications Manager and Art Director in the marketing realm of creative management. She possesses an enthusiasm and genuine appreciation for people which inspires her work towards honouring the care of another person’s mental health. This enthusiasm has given her the impetus to fulfill a long-held desire to work with those in need of deeper understanding. Wendy embraces diversity and welcomes the opportunity to work with those who identify as culturally or racially diverse, as well as those with LGBTQIA2S+ influences. She works with both individuals and couples and is conversant with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Relational Intelligence (associative therapy), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), and Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT).

Patricia Fraser, Certified Grief Coach

Patricia is a retired police officer, certified grief coach, author, speaker and is currently working towards a master’s degree in psychotherapy. She has experienced her own pain with the loss of her adolescent daughter and works with those who struggle with complex grief and anxiety. 

Patricia is the Chair of the Victim Advisory Committee for Correctional Services Canada and the Parole Board of Canada for Ontario and Nunavut. She works part time for Victim Services Toronto, and volunteers for numerous organizations across Canada. 

Her work has been published in Canadian Family Magazine. She is the author of Seven Helpful Ways to Support Those Who Grieve and is a contributing author in the best-selling book series Adventures in Manifesting
